1:30 pm Sharon O'Connor, Menus & Music Chocolate Dipped Candied Orange Peel

3:15 pm Chocolate Culinary Challenge with Serendipity Student chefs compete for scholarships and prizes. Five groups of students from the Serendipity program at Mt. Diablo High School compete in the Chocolate Culinary Competition. The following desserts will be prepared (recipes may change prior to the competition): Chocolate Fettucine with Creme Anglaise, Chocolate Dessert Shells filled with Key Lime Chantilly, Chocolate Macaroons, Chocolate Sushi and Chocolate Raspberry Delight. Awards Ceremony will be at 4:30 pm. Special thanks to Chef Debbie Allen and Chef Kevin Fuller, the instructors at Serendipity who organized the competition and mentored the competitors.
